Customer Feedback

• Candidates are expected to share detailed feedback about the training as and when demanded. This helps us in identifying any gaps or addressing issues if any.
• If you face any issue pertaining to training, report it in writing to the local operations team and respective counselors immediately.

SAP Practice Server & Logins

• SAP servers are available as per the services procured or with active LH subscription if provided by SAP.
• In case the servers are not accessible for any technical reason, in that case the training would be continued by the instructor with the presentations and demonstrations on SAP would be done after the server is available.

Behavior

• Personalized Identity Card provided needs to be displayed all the time when present in Eviden premises.
• You are requested to mark Time In & Time Out on all the days.
• The expected dress code is Formals or Semi Formals.
• Use of Mobile Phones is strictly prohibited in classrooms & office corridors during training hours and post training.
• Participants are not permitted to be in the server room.
• Please shut down your PCs while leaving for the day.
• You are requested to give your local contact details to the Eviden operations executive of the location.
• You are requested not to change the display settings since the software has been configured according to the SAP Certification exam settings.
• Beverages and Eatables should not be taken in training rooms without approval.

Caution

This will result in dis-qualification from training as per SAP policies. No fees will be refunded in the case of dis-qualification.

• Recording training in any way (camera / mobile / software / audio recording devices) is strictly prohibited.
• Taking printouts of any screen shots is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are strictly prohibited to carry any electronic media which can be misused for any copyright infringement.

Training Environment

• We have set up a Dedicated Lease Line connection to the Internet which could be used by the participants.
• For online classes, students are expected to participate from a quiet location to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth learning experience for the class.
