The Basics

What Is Corporate Training?

Corporate training is learning that a company plans for its own employees. The goal is simple: help people do their job better, faster and more safely.

Think of it like this. A school teaches the same lesson to every child. A good coach watches one team, finds what that team is missing, and trains them for their next match. Corporate training is the coach. It looks at your company, your systems and your next project, and then teaches exactly what your people need.

Public courses are open to anyone. Their content is the same for every learner. Corporate training is different in three clear ways:

  • It is about your work. Examples, exercises and case studies come from your industry and your processes, not from a general textbook.
  • It fits your calendar. Sessions are planned around your project dates, shifts and busy months.
  • It is measured. We test skills before training and after training, so you can see the change in numbers, not just in feedback forms.

Why companies do not rely on self-learning alone

Online videos are useful, but most people stop halfway. They also learn alone, without anyone checking if they understood. In a project, that gap shows up as mistakes, delays and extra support tickets. Corporate training adds the three things self-learning usually misses: a trainer who answers questions, practice on real systems, and a test that proves the skill.

What Atos corporate training covers

Atos corporate training focuses on four solutions. Three are ready-to-shape tracks, and one is fully custom:

  • SAP training for business users, consultants and technical teams, including SAP S/4HANA modules, ABAP, BTP and more.
  • Cybersecurity training for every employee, IT teams, SOC teams and compliance teams.
  • AI training for all staff, managers and developers, from safe daily use of AI tools to building AI agents.
  • Custom training for any need that does not fit a ready track, such as your own internal tools, a mix of topics, or a large fresher onboarding program.

Why Now

Why Companies Are Training Their Teams Now

Three big changes are happening at the same time. Each one needs trained people, and each one has a deadline or a risk attached.

1. SAP ECC support has an end date

SAP has stated that mainstream maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7, which includes SAP ECC, ends on 31 December 2027. Many companies are moving to SAP S/4HANA before that date. A new system is only useful if people know how to use it. When users are not trained, the go-live becomes slow and painful: orders get stuck, reports look wrong, and the help desk is flooded with simple questions.

Training is cheaper than a delayed go-live. That is why companies now train finance, supply chain, sales and technical teams months before the switch, not after it.

2. Cyber attacks are growing, and the rules are strict

Most attacks do not start with a genius hacker breaking a firewall. They start with one person clicking a bad link or sharing a password. In India, CERT-In directions require organisations to report certain cyber incidents within 6 hours of noticing them. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) asks organisations to take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data.

No law names one specific course. But the simplest way to meet these duties is to have people who know what to do. Every employee needs to spot phishing. IT teams need to find and contain an incident fast. Compliance teams need to prove that controls exist.

3. AI is changing everyday jobs

The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 says employers expect 39% of workers’ core skills to change by 2030. AI tools are a big reason. Your people may already be using AI chat tools at work, sometimes with company data, often without clear rules.

AI saves time only when people know how to use it well and how to check its answers. If your company works with clients in Europe, Article 4 of the EU AI Act also expects providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff, applicable since 2 February 2025. So AI training is now about safety and compliance as well as productivity.

In simple words: SAP has a deadline, cybersecurity has rules, and AI has a skills gap. Training your people is the one action that helps with all three.

Problems We Solve

Your Problem, Our Training Solution

Companies usually come to us with a business problem, not a course name. Here are the most common ones, and how we solve each one.

The problem

“Our S/4HANA go-live is coming and users are not ready.”

People know the old screens. The new system feels strange, and the project team is worried about day one.

Our solution

Role-based SAP end-user training

We train each group only on the transactions and Fiori apps they will use, with practice on a training system, quick reference guides and floor support plans for go-live week.

The problem

“We hired freshers, but they take months to become billable.”

New joiners know theory from college, but not real SAP, security or AI project work.

Our solution

Fresher bootcamps with real projects

A structured bootcamp of several weeks, with daily labs, project tasks, assessments and a final readiness report, so freshers join project teams with practical skills.

The problem

“Our staff keep falling for phishing emails.”

One wrong click can lead to stolen passwords or ransomware.

Our solution

Security awareness plus phishing drills

Short, simple sessions for every employee, followed by safe phishing tests so you can see if behaviour actually changed.

The problem

“Auditors are asking what training our IT team has done.”

Audits for ISO 27001, client contracts or regulators need proof of security skills.

Our solution

Mapped cybersecurity programs with records

Training mapped to your controls, with attendance, test scores and completion reports you can show to auditors.

The problem

“People use AI tools, but we have no rules and no skills.”

Some staff paste company data into public AI tools. Others do not use AI at all.

Our solution

Responsible AI training for all levels

AI basics for every employee, safe-use rules, Copilot skills for daily work, leadership sessions for managers, and deeper tracks for developers.

The problem

“Our need does not match any course on the market.”

You need a mix of topics, your own tools, or a format no catalogue offers.

Our solution

Fully custom training

We study your requirement, design the syllabus with you, build exercises from your own scenarios, and deliver it in your format and language of examples.

Solution 1

SAP Corporate Training

Get your business users, consultants and technical teams ready for SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP projects.

SAP runs the core of many large companies: finance, buying, selling, making products, storing goods and paying people. When SAP changes, every one of those teams feels it. SAP corporate training makes sure each person knows the part of SAP they touch every day.

Atos is an SAP Platinum Partner and an authorized SAP training and adoption partner. This matters because our SAP training is shaped by real SAP project work, not only by theory. We know where users usually get stuck, which mistakes cost the most, and what a go-live week really looks like.

Who we train in SAP

ECC to S/4HANA: training for the switch

Moving from ECC to S/4HANA is not just a technical upgrade. Screens change, some transactions are replaced by Fiori apps, and some processes work differently. Users who were experts in ECC can suddenly feel like beginners.

Our ECC to S/4HANA training is built in three simple layers:

  • What changed: a short, clear tour of the differences that matter for each role.
  • How to do my job now: hands-on practice of the exact daily tasks, in the new system.
  • Where to get help: quick reference cards, recorded walkthroughs and a support plan for the first weeks after go-live.

How SAP corporate training is delivered

  • Practice on SAP systems: learners do real transactions, not just watch slides.
  • Your processes: where possible, exercises follow your own business flow, using safe or masked data.
  • Role-based groups: finance users learn finance, warehouse users learn warehouse. Nobody wastes a day on screens they will never use.
  • Timed close to go-live: training is planned a few weeks before users need it, so skills stay fresh.
  • Certification path: consultants and technical teams can be guided towards official SAP certification, with SAP Learning Hub access options through Atos as an authorized partner.

Results you can expect

  • Users who can complete their daily tasks in SAP on their own.
  • Fewer basic support tickets after go-live.
  • Key users who can help their colleagues and test new changes.
  • Technical teams ready to build and support S/4HANA and BTP extensions.
  • A skills report for each group, showing before and after scores.

Solution 2

Corporate Cybersecurity Training

From simple awareness for every employee to advanced skills for SOC, cloud and compliance teams.

Cybersecurity is not only an IT job anymore. Every person with an email account is part of your defence. Corporate cybersecurity training builds that defence in layers, from the front desk to the security team.

Atos is a global name in cybersecurity services, with large teams of security experts and security operations centres around the world. Our training brings that real-world experience into the classroom, so your people learn how attacks actually happen and how real teams respond.

Layer 1: Security awareness for every employee

This is short, simple and for everyone. No technical words. People learn to:

  • Spot phishing emails, fake websites and fraud calls.
  • Use strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
  • Handle company and customer data safely.
  • Use AI tools without leaking confidential information.
  • Report anything strange quickly, so the security team can act within the required time.

After the session, we can run safe phishing simulations. These show who still clicks, so you can give extra help where it is needed.

Layer 2: IT and technical teams

IT admins, developers and support engineers need deeper skills, because their mistakes have bigger effects.

ProgramWho it is forWhat they learn
Network securityNetwork and system adminsFirewalls, secure configuration, monitoring, common attack paths
Cloud securityCloud and DevOps teamsSecure setup on AWS and Azure, identity, logging, misconfiguration risks
Application security and DevSecOpsDevelopers and testersSecure coding, OWASP risks, security testing in the build pipeline
Identity and access managementIT and security adminsLeast privilege, access reviews, privileged accounts
SAP securitySAP BASIS and security teamsSAP roles, authorizations and SAP security basics

Layer 3: Security specialists

Your security team needs hands-on, advanced skills that match real incidents.

  • SOC analyst training: monitoring alerts, SIEM tools, triage and escalation.
  • Incident response: what to do in the first hour, how to contain an attack, and how to prepare the report that regulators may need.
  • Ethical hacking and VAPT: finding weaknesses before attackers do, legally and safely.
  • Digital forensics and threat intelligence: understanding what happened and what may come next.
  • OT and ICS security: for factories, plants and critical infrastructure.

Layer 4: Governance, risk and compliance (GRC)

Compliance and risk teams need to turn rules into daily practice. We cover ISO 27001 controls and audits, risk assessment, policies, the DPDP Act basics and the CERT-In incident reporting duty. Teams learn to keep clear evidence, so audits become smoother.

Certification paths

Programs can be aligned with well-known certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. We provide preparation and mock tests. The exam itself is taken with the certifying body.

Results you can expect

  • Fewer clicks on phishing tests over time.
  • Faster and calmer incident response.
  • Clear training records for audits and client questions.
  • Security teams with practical, hands-on skills.

Solution 3

AI Corporate Training

Help every person in your company use AI safely, wisely and productively.

AI is like a very fast assistant that sometimes makes things up. It can save hours of work, but only if people know what to ask, what to check and what never to share. AI corporate training teaches all three.

Our AI training is designed by the Atos Data and AI team. It moves step by step, from simple ideas anyone can follow to deeper technical skills for developers. Concepts are explained with everyday examples, live demos and short knowledge checks, so nobody gets lost.

AI training by audience

ProgramWho it is forWhat people learn
AI basics for everyoneAll employeesWhat AI and generative AI are, what they can and cannot do, how to write good prompts, how to check answers

AI foundations to agentic AITechnical staff, analysts, graduatesMachine learning, deep learning, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, AI agents, responsible AI
GenAI for developersDevelopers and engineersBuilding chat, document search and agent solutions, GitHub Copilot, testing AI output

Example: AI Foundations to Agentic AI (2 days)

This is a beginner-friendly program that takes learners from basic AI ideas to modern AI agents in two instructor-led days of three hours each.

Day 1

AI and machine learning foundations

What AI is and is not, types of AI, how machines learn from data, the machine learning lifecycle, how models are checked, and the main algorithm families. Ends with a short quiz.

Day 2

Deep learning, GenAI and agents

Neural networks, transformers, tokens, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, multimodal AI, AI agents that plan and use tools, and responsible human oversight. Ends with a quiz and a completion assessment.

Learners who complete the full program receive a certificate of completion. For companies, we can stretch this into a longer format with hands-on labs using your own approved tools.

What makes our AI training practical

  • Real tasks, not tricks: people practise on emails, reports, summaries and analysis they actually do.
  • Checking is part of the lesson: learners practise spotting wrong or made-up AI answers.
  • Your rules built in: we include your company AI policy, so safe use becomes a habit.
  • Leaders first: when managers understand AI, teams adopt it faster and more safely.

Results you can expect

  • Employees who use approved AI tools confidently and safely.
  • Less risky use of public AI tools with company data.
  • Managers who can pick AI ideas with real business value.
  • Technical teams ready to build and test AI solutions.

Solution 4

When no ready course fits, we design one around your company.

Some needs are unique. You may use your own internal tools. You may need SAP, security and AI skills in one program. You may need to train 200 freshers in 10 weeks. Custom training is built for exactly these cases.

Custom does not mean starting from zero. We combine proven Atos training material with your business context. You get a program that feels like it was made for your team, because it was.

Proof of Results

How We Measure Training Results

Training should show up in work, not just in a certificate folder. Here is how we prove the value.

Many training programs end with a feedback form that asks, “Did you like the session?” That tells you about comfort, not skill. We measure what changed.

What we measureHowWhy it matters
Starting skill levelPre-training test or taskSets a fair starting point for every learner
Skill gainPost-training test, compared with the pre-testShows the real improvement in numbers
Practical abilityLab tasks, project work, simulationsProves people can do the work, not just remember it
ParticipationAttendance and activity trackingFinds who needs a catch-up session
Behaviour changePhishing drills, support ticket trends, tool usage (where you share data)Connects training with business results
Learner feedbackShort surveyHelps us improve the next batch

At the end, your L&D or HR team gets a clear report: who attended, who passed, how much each group improved, and what we suggest next. Many companies use this report for internal reviews, audits and budget planning.

Tip: agree on one or two business goals before training starts, such as “fewer SAP support tickets after go-live” or “lower phishing click rate”. Then measure them again 30 to 60 days later.

Inside a Session

What a Typical Training Day Looks Like

No long lectures. Short teaching, lots of doing, and quick checks so nobody falls behind.

Many people remember training as hours of slides in a dark room. Our sessions are built differently, because adults learn best when they try things themselves. Here is the usual rhythm of a day.

Part of the dayWhat happensWhy we do it
Warm-upA quick recap of the last session and a few simple questionsBrings back what people learned and shows what needs a second look
Short conceptThe trainer explains one idea in plain words, with a real examplePeople understand the “why” before the “how”
Live demoThe trainer shows the task step by step on the system or toolLearners see exactly what good work looks like
Hands-on practiceLearners do the task themselves, with help when they get stuckDoing builds skill much faster than watching
Real scenarioA small case from your business, such as an urgent order or a suspicious emailConnects the lesson to daily work
Knowledge checkA short quiz or task at the end of the topicFinds gaps early, before moving on
Wrap-upKey points, a quick reference note and questionsHelps people remember and use the skill the next day

Breaks are planned into every session. For online classes, we keep cameras optional but participation active, with polls, chat questions and live exercises. Learners who miss a session can be offered a recording or a short catch-up, depending on the program.

Tips From Our Trainers

7 Ways to Get the Most From Corporate Training

Lessons from running team programs at Atos Training Services Group.

1. Start with one clear goal

“Train everyone on SAP” is too wide. “Help 40 finance users close the month in S/4HANA without help” is clear. A clear goal makes the program sharper and the results easier to see.

2. Train close to when people need it

Skills fade if people do not use them. Plan training a few weeks before go-live or before a new tool is switched on, not six months earlier.

3. Use real examples

People learn faster with their own scenarios. Masked company data or realistic copies of your processes make practice feel like real work.

4. Name one internal owner

Programs with a clear sponsor inside your company finish on time. This person approves the plan, removes blockers and pushes attendance.

5. Block calendars, not just invites

Half-attended training wastes the full budget. Ask managers to free their people for the sessions, just like for an important meeting.

6. Train managers first in AI and security

Teams follow leaders. When managers understand AI rules and cyber risks, the whole team takes them seriously.

7. Plan the next step early

One program rarely closes every gap. Use the final report to plan a follow-up, such as an advanced level or a refresher after 6 months.

Is This Right for You?

Who Corporate Training Is For

A great fit if you are

  • Moving from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
  • An IT services company or GCC hiring freshers
  • A bank, manufacturer, pharma or retail company facing audits
  • Rolling out Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools
  • An L&D or HR head planning yearly upskilling
  • A project leader who needs a team ready by a fixed date

Maybe not the best fit if you

  • Need to train only one person (a public batch is better)
  • Want a certificate without any practice
  • Cannot give your team time to learn
  • Expect training alone to fix a broken process

A Guide for L&D and HR Heads

How to Plan Corporate Training in 7 Steps

A simple plan you can follow, even if this is your first big training program.

Step 1: Write down the business goal

Start with the result you want, not the course name. Ask: “What should my people be able to do after training that they cannot do today?” Good goals sound like this: “Our sales team can create and track orders in S/4HANA without calling IT”, or “Every employee reports a suspicious email within minutes”. Write the goal in one or two sentences and share it with your sponsor.

Step 2: List the roles and the number of people

Make a simple list: which departments, which job roles, and how many people in each. A finance clerk, a finance manager and an SAP consultant all need different training, even if the topic is “SAP finance”. This list helps you avoid one big, generic session that bores half the room.

Step 3: Check current skill levels

Before you buy training, find out what people already know. A short test or survey is enough. This saves money, because experienced people can skip basics, and beginners get the support they need. It also gives you the “before” number for your final report.

Step 4: Fix the timeline

Work backwards from your deadline. If go-live is on a certain date, plan end-user training a few weeks before it, key user training earlier, and technical training earliest. Avoid busy months like year-end close or peak sales season. Leave time for one catch-up session for people who miss a class.

Step 5: Choose the delivery mode

Onsite works well for hands-on workshops and teams in one place. Live online works well for teams across cities. Hybrid gives you both. Short daily sessions work best when people cannot leave their work for full days. Pick what helps people attend and focus.

Step 6: Agree on how you will measure success

Decide early what “success” means. It could be test scores, completed practical tasks, fewer support tickets, a lower phishing click rate, or faster onboarding of freshers. When this is agreed before training, the final report becomes useful for your management and your budget.

Step 7: Plan support after training

Learning does not stop when the class ends. Share quick reference guides, recordings and a contact for questions. Plan a short refresher after a few weeks. People remember more when they use the skill soon and get help when they get stuck.

Need help with any step? Our team can help you with the skills check, the plan and the measurement framework as part of your program.

Budget and Value

Is Corporate Training Worth the Money?

A simple way to think about the value, without complicated maths.

Training is a cost you can see. The cost of not training is often hidden, but it is usually bigger. Here are the hidden costs we see most often:

  • Slow go-lives: when users are not ready, a new SAP system can take weeks to settle. Orders, invoices and reports get delayed during that time.
  • Support overload: untrained users raise many simple tickets. Your IT team spends its time answering “how do I” questions instead of improving the system.
  • Security incidents: one successful phishing attack can lead to data loss, downtime, legal duties and damage to your reputation.
  • Bench time: new hires who are not project-ready cost salary without bringing value.
  • Wasted AI licences: AI tools bought for staff who do not know how to use them deliver little value.

A simple value check

Before you approve a program, ask three questions:

  • How many hours will each trained person save every month?
  • How many errors, tickets or risks will training reduce?
  • How much faster will new people become productive?

Even small improvements across a whole team add up quickly. That is why we measure results and share them with you, so you can show the value to your management in clear numbers.

What affects the price of corporate training

FactorHow it affects cost
Topic and levelAdvanced and specialist topics need more senior trainers
Number of hoursLonger programs cost more in total, but often less per hour
Team sizeLarger groups usually lower the cost per person
Delivery modeOnsite delivery may add travel; online avoids it
System and lab accessSome programs need SAP systems or security lab environments
Level of customisationCustom exercises and content add design time

We always share a clear quote after the requirement call, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

Avoid These

6 Common Corporate Training Mistakes

We see these again and again. Avoiding them can double the value of your program.

1. Training everyone the same way

A single session for all roles feels efficient, but most people tune out because half the content is not about their job. Role-based groups learn faster.

2. Training too early

Training six months before go-live means people forget most of it. Train close to when the skill is needed.

3. Slides without practice

People cannot learn SAP, security or AI by watching. They need to click, try, fail and try again in a safe environment.

4. No owner inside the company

Without a sponsor, attendance drops and the program drifts. One named owner keeps it on track.

5. Measuring only happiness

“Participants liked the session” is nice, but it is not proof of skill. Measure what people can do after training.

6. Treating training as a one-time event

Technology keeps changing. A small refresher and a clear next level keep skills alive.

Your First 30 Days

What Happens After You Contact Us

A simple picture of the first month, so you can plan with confidence.

Week 1: Understand

We have a short requirement call with you. We ask about your goal, your teams, your systems and your deadline. If useful, we also speak with one or two managers or key users. By the end of the week, we both agree on what success looks like.

Once you approve, we set up everything: trainer schedule, system or lab access, rooms or online links, learner lists and joining instructions. Your internal owner shares the plan with the teams.

Week 4 onwards: Train and track

Training begins. You receive regular updates on attendance and progress. At the end, you get the final report with before and after scores and our advice on next steps.

Timelines can be shorter for small programs and longer for large rollouts. Tell us your target date, and we will plan backwards from it.

FAQs

Corporate Training: Your Questions Answered

What is corporate training?

Corporate training is learning that a company plans for its own employees to close a specific skills gap. The content, schedule and examples are shaped around that company’s systems and goals, and the results are measured with tests and reports.

What corporate training does Atos offer?

Atos offers corporate training in four areas: SAP (including S/4HANA modules, ABAP, BTP and Fiori), cybersecurity (from awareness for all staff to SOC, cloud security and GRC), AI (from safe daily use to agentic AI) and fully custom training built around your company’s needs.

Can the training be customised for our company?

Yes. Every program starts with a requirement call and a skills check. We then adapt the topics, examples, labs, level, schedule and delivery mode to your business processes and project timeline.

What is custom corporate training?

Custom corporate training is a program designed only for your company. It can mix SAP, cybersecurity and AI topics, include your own tools and scenarios, and follow your schedule. Examples include fresher bootcamps, reskilling programs and train-the-trainer programs.

Why is SAP S/4HANA training important now?

SAP has stated that mainstream maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7, including SAP ECC, ends on 31 December 2027. Companies moving to S/4HANA need users and consultants who are trained before go-live to avoid delays and support issues.

Does Atos provide SAP system access during training?

SAP programs include hands-on practice on SAP systems, so learners do real transactions instead of only watching slides. The exact system setup is confirmed in your proposal.

Is Atos an authorized SAP training partner?

Yes. Atos is an SAP Platinum Partner and an authorized SAP training and adoption partner. Through Atos, companies can also explore SAP Learning Hub and SAP certification access options.

Is cybersecurity training required by law in India?

No law names one specific course. However, CERT-In directions require certain cyber incidents to be reported within 6 hours, and the DPDP Act, 2023 requires reasonable security safeguards for personal data. Trained employees are the most practical way to meet both duties.

What does security awareness training cover?

It teaches every employee to spot phishing emails and fraud calls, use strong passwords and multi-factor authentication, handle data safely, use AI tools without leaking information, and report incidents quickly. It can be followed by safe phishing simulations.

What AI training does Atos offer for companies?

Atos offers AI basics and responsible use for all employees, Microsoft Copilot training for daily work, AI sessions for managers and leaders, an AI Foundations to Agentic AI program, and GenAI training for developers.

Why should employees be trained on AI tools?

AI tools can save time, but they can also give wrong answers or expose company data if used carelessly. Training teaches people what to ask, how to check answers and what never to share. For companies serving Europe, the EU AI Act also expects AI literacy among staff.

Is the training delivered onsite or online?

Both. Atos delivers corporate training onsite at your office, at its training centre in Baner, Pune, live online, or in a hybrid mix. Onsite delivery is available across major Indian cities.

How long does a corporate training program take?

It depends on the goal. Awareness sessions usually take a few hours, tool skills take one or two days, role programs such as an SAP module or SOC track take several weeks, and fresher bootcamps can run longer. Your proposal will show the exact plan.

How much does corporate training cost?

The cost depends on the topics, number of hours, team size, delivery mode and system access needed. Atos shares a clear quote after a short requirement call, so you see the full cost before the program starts.

What is the minimum team size?

There is no single minimum. Atos runs programs for small specialist teams as well as large onboarding groups. If you need to train only one or two people, a public batch may be a better and cheaper choice.

How do you measure the results of training?

We compare pre-training and post-training test scores, review practical lab and project tasks, track attendance, and where possible look at business signals such as phishing test results or support tickets. Your L&D team receives a final report.

Do employees get a certificate?

Learners who complete programs receive a certificate of completion where applicable. Programs can also be aligned with official certifications such as SAP certifications, CompTIA Security+, CEH or CISSP. Those exams are taken with the certifying body.

Can you train our freshers before they join projects?

Yes. Fresher bootcamps are one of our most requested custom programs. They combine structured learning, daily labs, mini projects and assessments, and end with a readiness report for each learner.

Can you train our internal trainers?

Yes. Train-the-trainer programs prepare your internal experts to teach their colleagues, with ready material they can reuse.

Which industries do you train?

We work with manufacturing and automotive, pharma, banking and financial services, IT services and GCCs, retail and e-commerce, energy and utilities, and public sector organisations. Examples are adapted to each industry.

How quickly can a program start?

After the requirement call and proposal approval, the program is scheduled based on trainer and learner availability. Share your target date and we will plan backwards from it.

How do we get started with Atos corporate training?

Email india.tsg@atos.net or call +91-8879895739 with your goal, team size and timeline. We will set up a short requirement call and then share a program outline and proposal.

Can training be held on weekends or after office hours?

Yes. We can plan weekend sessions, evening sessions or short daily sessions so your team can learn without stopping their work. The schedule is agreed in your proposal.

Can different teams get different levels of training?

Yes. We usually split learners into groups by role and level, so beginners get more support and experienced people can go deeper without waiting.

Do you provide training material that employees can keep?

Yes. Learners usually receive notes, quick reference guides and exercises they can use at work. The exact material is listed in your proposal.

Can you include our company AI or security policy in the training?

Yes. We can include your own policies, tools and rules in the examples and exercises, so people learn the safe way to work in your company, not just in general.

What happens if some employees miss a session?

Depending on the program, we can offer a short catch-up session or a recording. Attendance is tracked, and your L&D team can see who needs extra support.
