Payment

Fees: Fees with taxes could be paid by Bank e-transfer or Credit/Debit Card. Payment will not be accepted in any other form.

Cancellation & Refund

• For Classroom & Online trainings, 100% refund will be paid if refund request is submitted 10 days (excl. Training start date, Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays) prior to training start date otherwise no refund.
• For Learning Hub and Certification hub, no refund against the cancellation.

Certification Exam

Certification examination results are declared right after the completion of the exam.

One can apply for certification exam using the SAP Certification hub products like CER001, CER006 or with active Learning Hub subscription if provided as a package by SAP.

SAP Certification exams are remotely proctored via a webcam on your PC or laptop, and you can schedule your exam 24/7 via Certification Hub. Successful examinees receive an SAP Certification digital badge for their accomplishment.

Single attempt certification exam: e.g. CER001

• A subscription to SAP Certification exam, one attempt provides you a 12-months access to Certification Hub, where you can schedule one exam attempt over your subscription period.
• Your subscription is valid for all available exams in the Certification Hub. As this offer includes only one attempt, you can only use this attempt one time, whether the exam was failed or passed.

Six attempt certification exams: e.g. CER006

• A subscription to SAP Certification exam, six attempts provide you a 12-months access to Certification Hub, where you can schedule up to a maximum of six exam bookings over your subscription period.
• Your subscription is valid for all available exams in the Certification Hub. You also can take each exam up to a maximum of three times.

All rights are reserved by SAP India. No part of the training documentation in the form of hardcopy or softcopy in CDs covered by the copyright may be reproduced or copied. Candidates are strictly prohibited to carry any electronic media Laptops/CDs/CD writer hard disk drive/USB pen drives/ floppies or any material which contains such confidential information or trade secrets, any unpublished document or property belonging to any other person into the Eviden India’s premise. If carried then should be deposited with security at candidates own risk. Audio/video recordings or clicking pictures inside Eviden India premise is strictly prohibited. An infringement of this would make the candidate liable for disqualification from subscription/certification and will be treated as copyright infringement. Candidate agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officials harmless against any third party cl aim, demand, suit, cause of action, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from actions of candidate related to the infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, intellectual property right or Candidate misappropriation of any trade secret or violation of any law, right of publicity or nondisclosure obligation or for any action which cause loss to the Company or its affiliates. Candidate shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Consent to processing of Personal Information and sharing testimonials/success stories.

By signing this Enrollment Form, the Candidate hereby voluntarily consents to collection, use, storage, processing and/or disclosure of his/her personal information provided in this enrollment form, by the company. The Candidate further understands and agrees that such personal information shall be processed by the Company for the purpose of maintaining records of the candidates, and related administrative, regulatory, compliance, audit, investigation, business conduct, communication processes of the Company. Such processing may also include transfer of such personal information to any of the Company’s affiliates or third party whether in India or in another country/jurisdiction for the above-mentioned purposes. Candidate also agrees to provide the picture/ video/ text testimonial to be published by Eviden via website/social media/email/Brochure and other internal and external channels. Candidate hereby grants Eviden perpetual and worldwide right to use these testimonials in any format. There is no time limit on the validity of this consent letter nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

Force Majeure

In the event of such grave external constraints like Server access issue, internet outages, or forced holidays due to strikes, riot, terror attacks or any other type of natural calamity, Eviden India will not be liable to compensate for any loss. Neither Company nor its employees are liable for non-performance of contractual obligations or damages to the extent that they are caused by force majeure, in particular fire, water, storm or other natural events, explosion, strike, war, civil unrest, or other reasons outside the sphere of responsibility/influence of the Company.
